--Wednesday--

What a great day we've had today! We made some "flat" snowmen, I will post a picture tomorrow. I love this project as they are each so different. Yesterday, we made "insta-snow", I guess if we don't have snow to play with, we will have to make our own! We also have been using golf practice balls for our "snowballs" to have a snowball fight! We had our tea party and Grandma was out to read stories this morning as well. We enjoyed the beautiful weather! It sure doesn't feel like winter in MN today!

Breakfast: caramel rolls, pears
Lunch: chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, bread
Snack: cinnamon toast

Hope everyone had a great Christmas, they have been excited to tell me all about all their gifts today! It's so fun to see the excitement in their voices!

We have been enjoying our time with the big girls here today, they have been doing flannel board stories with the kids and they love it! They also helped me take down the ornaments from my tree.

We made penguins to hang up on the door today that will say, "All dressed up for the New Year!"

TOMORROW IS PAJAMA DAY!

Whew! What a BUSY day we had today! We used shaving cream to make stars for Twinkle, Twinkle. We also used tape to make stripes on our candy canes, then painted them red. They thought it was amazing to watch as the tape was peeled off to see I really was right! Then they painted with red and green when we were finished. We got outside to run off a little bit of energy, but, burr... I'm not used to this cold weather yet!

Breakfast: french toast, banana
Lunch: chicken Alfredo with tortellini noodles (which they all loved), grapes, pears
Snack: pretzels

I couldn't help but not take a picture of this! Someone was in time out and little Mr. Levi decided he would sit by her to keep her company!

Our projects from today

--Monday--

We made Santa's today with movable feet, they needed to be colored and it seems like we haven't colored in awhile. We also built a fort, so that kept us busy! Brooklyn received a few new toys for Christmas, so they had fun helping me put them together so they could play with them!

Happy 5th Birthday Brianna! She was so shy when she started daycare with us, now she is just the exact opposite!

Happy 1st Birthday Levi! it's hard to believe you are one already!

--Friday--

Happy Friday everyone! What a busy day we've had! We baked gingerbread cookies (with peanut butter dough) this morning and one ran away. He led us on a wild chase thru the house until we finally found him outside. They thought it was soooooooooo funny that he went potty before going outside! (I used sugar sprinkles since I couldn't find my food coloring, so they think he poops blue:--) We also made gingerbread men and did a gingerbread dot-to-dot.

Enjoy your weekend, hopefully it's not too busy! Wednesday is pajama day and we will have our party on Friday.

Breakfast: cereal, pears
Lunch: hamburger/potato hotdish, lettuce, biscuits
Snack: peanut butter blossom cookies
