Someone enjoyed chewing on a sippy at lunch today!

We didn't do much this morning, we played inside then headed outside to play in the water and keep cool:) See above pictures! They had a blast playing on the water slide, I'm guessing they all played constantly for about 45 minutes:) Then we went on to painting, spray bottles and just dumping water!

I'm thinking we will be staying inside this afternoon due to the heat advisory. We have a few things to color and we will also try to transform the playroom into a zoo for next week.

Wacky Wednesday!

Happy Wednesday! We had a busy day today... we finished our handprint flags and also made a Uncle Sam windsock. Grandma came and read stories then we headed outside.

Kylie was back from vacation today, the kdis told her that they missed her!

~Fourth of July Crafts~

~Tuesday~

They enjoyed having a picnic with their babies this morning! We also made bald eagles with our hand prints then sent the big kids off to t-ball and we headed outside to play.

We got this out this morning to play with:

Breakfast: waffles, grapes
Lunch: spaghetti hotdish, grapes, strawberries
Snack: chips & cheese

Hope you all had a great weekend! It sounded like everyone did from what I heard today:) We had a small bunch today, which was a nice change! We managed to get a few Fourth of July projects done-- made a star wreath and glittered some fireworks above our picture so it looks like they are above us, we also finished up our Uncle Sam's.

We enjoyed eating lunch on the deck at noon!

Lunch: hamburger/rice hotdish, grapes, strawberries

Thursday!

Here is a picture from a few days ago... too cute not to share! At least the rains stopped but burrr... it's cold out! It really feels like a fall day today!

We started on our Uncle Sam's today, and we will finish them on Monday. I have a feeling they are going to turn out adorable!

Tomorrow we will be heading to Ramsey Park & Pizza Ranch for lunch then back by 1:00.

Another rainy day:)

We had yet another rainy day! I was glad I picked up this at Wal*Mart last night, something new to keep them busy and occupied today since we've been stuck inside all day:) I think it was the highlight of their day along with our new m&m cups! I guess it's just the little things in life:))))

I had a DR. appt. this morning so Grandma stayed with them while I was gone. We also did the number songs and a few flannel board stories.

Breakfast: cinnamon roll, grapes
Lunch: lasagna, grapes, watermelon
Snack: granola bars

Rainy Tuesday!

What a rainy day, although I guess we can't complain that we didnt' get all the rain that was in the forecast!

We got out all the tents this morning, they pretended to be dogs, go camping, it was also their houses. We were able to get outside in between rain showers! When we were out the girls found the toad pictured above! We had to make him a little home:)

Monday!

Happy Monday! We made spaceships this morning and the kids kept busy playing... puppies, house, cars, etc...

We were able to get outside this morning, they decided to play tag tails when we were outside!

Breakfast: cereal, banana
Lunch: roast beef, cheesy potatoes, corn, bread
Snack: bread sticks, spaghetti sauce

Happy Friday!

In case you hear your child talk about playing with Mackenzie & Jordan, they will be with us for the next few days.

This morning we colored shapes and then designed rockets with them, we also put star stickers on a paper and made up our own constellations. Then we headed outside before the rain:)
