What a wintry day! It would have been a great day for PJ Day! They played so nice with the their "babies" this morning! We made snowmen out of marshmallows, I was so suprised they didn't even eat any until we were done... Grandma was out to read stories. We also played with puzzles and did a few songs that made them move to get out some wiggles!

Lunch: pizza hotdish, green beans, oranges

Another gorgeous day outside and we were out to enjoy it! I feel awful with all the snow that they were predicting for this year, most of our outside toys have been put away, who would have guessed this it how most of our winter was going to be like? We did go on a ride on the ranger today, they didn't want to get off! I assured them we would go again this afternoon.

We made some cute penguins today!

Breakfast: french toast, oranges
Lunch: taco ring, lettuce, banana

It's Friday! All the fresh air we got yesterday must have worn them all out for today! We made snowmen with our names today, each snowball had a letter of our name on it. The ones with short names, thought they should have more snowballs until they figured out what we were doing! We also reviewed the letters A-K with a snowman matching game.

Breakfast: muffin, apple
Lunch: cheese pizza, green beans, banana
Snack: cookies

What a beautiful day it is today! It feels more like March and not January weather! Today, we kept busy playing play dough, making penguins, reading a few stories about penguins and Grandma was out to read stories, we enjoyed the beautiful weather. They still haven't lost interest in the "house", even Levi gets in but can't figure out how to get out always, so I tell the kids he turns into superman and breaks through the wall!

Breakfast: peanut butter toast, banana
Lunch: chili, pears, crackers
Snack: cheeze-it's

Hope you all had a great long weekend...They must have missed each other! I kept them busy this morning as the wind seemed too chilly to go outside. We made Eskimos and did the letter Kk. I sure have a smart bunch of kids! When we were making our kites, I was asked, "we haven't done Q yet, when are we going to do letter Q", they continued through the rest of the letters that we haven't done yet! I told them we would do letter L next!

Breakfast: cereal, banana
Lunch: tacos, pears
Snack: tuna salad/ crackers

Yesterday, I got a cardboard playhouse that we can color on and play in... so that will be on the agenda for this afternoon!
